Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and user ID through Clerk, our authentication provider. When you use Kansei Studio, we store the design images you upload, the annotations you create, and the synthesis results we generate for you. We also collect basic usage data to operate the service.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to provide and improve Kansei Studio. Your uploaded images are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate design system output — they are not used to train AI models. We use Stripe to process payments; we do not store your payment card details. We use UploadThing to host your uploaded files securely.
Data Storage
Your account data and project data are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon. Your uploaded image files are stored on UploadThing's CDN. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
Third-Party Services
Kansei Studio uses the following third-party services: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), UploadThing (file storage), Anthropic (AI synthesis), and Neon (database). Each has their own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to any third party.
Cookies
We use cookies only for authentication session management via Clerk. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request data export or deletion, contact us at the email below.
