Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Kansei Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others or use the service for any illegal purpose.
Credits and Payments
Credits are purchased as one-time packs through Stripe. Credits do not expire and are non-refundable except where required by law. Each AI synthesis operation consumes a number of credits based on the scope of the request. Free credits granted at signup are provided as-is and may be adjusted at our discretion.
Your Content
You retain ownership of any design images, annotations, and other content you upload to Kansei Studio. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the service (including sending it to the Anthropic API for synthesis). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you submit.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Kansei Studio to upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, contains malicious code, or violates any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
AI-Generated Output
The design system output generated by Kansei Studio is produced by an AI model and is provided for informational and creative purposes. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all output before using it in production.
Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime, data loss, or errors in AI-generated output.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kansei Studio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
